What's the minimum order for group sales?

Group orders of our regular product lines start at 50 units to qualify for bulk pricing. Reach out with your product selection and quantity, and we'll send over a quote based on your desired volume.

Which products can I order in bulk?

Our full sunglasses lineup is available for group orders, including styles from Shwood, CAMP Eyewear, and our Pendleton Eyewear collection. If you have a specific style in mind, let us know and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

What's the minimum order for custom branded product?

Custom orders start at 50 units to account for design, setup, and production. Exact thresholds vary depending on the type of customization, so let us know what you have in mind and we'll confirm the specifics.

What customization options are available?

We offer custom lenses, engraved temples, and custom cases (logo patches on CAMP sleeping bag cases or laser-engraved Shwood cases ).  We will need vector files (.ai, .eps, or .svg) for any logos or text being added to finalize the design.

 

Customization is available across our various sunglasses collections. Some options are style-specific, so we'll guide you through what's possible once we know what you're after.

What's the typical lead time?

Lead times depend on the scope of the order. Group orders of regular product generally ship within 5-10 business days from the required pre-payment, while custom branded pieces require additional time for design, approval, and production. We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your event or deadline to give us room to do it right.

How does the on-site pop-up shop work?

We bring a curated selection of product to your event, along with a Shwood expert to guide guests through fittings and recommendations. It's a hands-on experience designed for corporate events, brand activations, and team perks. We'll work with you in advance to tailor the selection and setup to your space.

Can I return products after my event? How does the on-site pop-up shop work?

Customized products cannot be returned. 

Standard sunglasses with no customization may be returned following your event. A restocking fee of 5% may apply.
