Returns

**SALE ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE**
Sale items will display a "Not Eligible" message when trying to create a return.

**PRODEAL ORDERS NOT RETURNABLE**
Orders placed with ExpertVoice, IPA Collective, and GOVX discounts will display a "Not Eligible" message when trying to create a return.

**MILITARY APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS NO RETURNABLE**
Orders shipped to military addresses are not returnable due to limitations from mail carriers.

**30-DAY RETURN WINDOW**
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
Orders shipped to international addresses must contact customer service (info@shwoodshop.com) to initiate a return.

**RX LENS POLICY**
Frames with Rx (prescription) lenses are custom made, thus a $40 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover associated costs. This fee does not apply to "Frame Only" purchases.

**PRICE ADJUSTMENTS**
If an item you purchased goes on promotional discount within 7 days from your date of purchase, we will be happy to issue you a refund for the difference in price. After that point, no further price adjustments will be honored.

We only accept returns/exchanges on product purchased from our online store, www.shwoodshop.com. All products must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Our full return guidelines can be found HERE.
