Part of our Smokey Bear Collection, this limited edition Glacier frame is inspired by the iconic mascot of wildfire prevention. Crafted from sustainable plant-based bioplastic, each pair features laser engraved wood accents, Smokey’s hat emblem on the temple tips, and the “Only You” tagline engraved on the polarized lenses. Every bundle includes a custom Smokey Bear sleeping bag accessory case and cleaning cloth, and a handy paracord eyewear retainer. In partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, a portion of every sale goes towards wildfire prevention.

All of our CAMP frames are crafted with a plant-based bioplastic, This unique material offers a more sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastics, resulting in reduced environmental impact.

Born from a seed

Prized for its resistance to drought and low use of resources, the seeds of a castor plant are harvested as our hero ingredient.

Pressed into oil

The castor seeds are then pressed to produce a dense oil rich in fatty acids. Castor oil has been widely used for thousands of years due to its rich and unique ricinoleic acid content.

Formed into pellets

Through the process of polymerization (the combining of small molecules to create a large chainlike molecule), the oil is turned into plastic pellets called polymer.

Cast into molds

The polymer is then injected into our signature CAMP molds, resulting in strong, lightweight, and ultra-comfortable frames.

Climate Neutral

We offset our entire 2021 footprint by purchasing carbon credits to fund climate change solutions. We supported four projects projects focused on advancing renewable energy generation, and forest conservation around the world. Totally Worth It

I bought my glasses just on a whim from the pictures/Ad on Facebook. I received the glasses within 2 weeks and I almost forgot I even purchased them, but they showed up I tried them on and they fit perfect. In addition to fitting perfect the polarized lenses are amazing in cutting down glare and enriching colors all around. I will buy them again or maybe try another style down the road.
